That means many students can still finish high school without ever learning how to manage a bank account, avoid debt, or build credit — skills that shape lifelong stability and opportunity. Require Fitness and Nutrition Education in Every Public Elementary School

Nutrition education standards in schools are currently insufficient in most states, even though childhood obesity is a major issue. We call on state legislators to require a fitness and nutrition wellness program for elementary school students to promote healthy habits early in life.
